The It’s Working Project has been creating a comprehensive view, a mosaic of personal narratives to uncover a rich, compelling and starkly honest depiction of life as a young family in the American workplace. In March, 2020, COVID-19 changed everything. Life in the American workplace, life in general, was upended, and “the new normal” will slowly emerge over months, perhaps years.
We’re deeply committed to telling the truest story of work in America through the personal lens of those living the experience, especially now. We want to hear about how you fit work, child care, caring for parents, and pursuing education at this time of uncertainty.
